- We can setup field level security at two different places from 1. Fields & 2. Profiles
- 1.Fields : Setup > Object (Opportunity) >Fields & Relationships > Click on Field > Click button 'Set Field level security' > set for different profiles at the same time
- 2.Users > Profiles (select a profile) > Object > Field > Give Access
Note :
*Accessing from
Profile would mean that Admin has to go to EACH profile to change the field
accessibility for each profile
*Accessing
from Field means that from that place, you can set up access to all the
Profiles at one place
